Pet care experience
Hi! With a German Shepherd of my own, I understand the respect, love and diligence it takes to care for pets. I am a former zoologist and used to work with exotic marine and land animals, providing them the best husbandry and training. I understand each pet is special and deserves its own individual attention. I have always had dogs of my own and have been pet sitting for the majority of my life. I personally trained my own German Shepherd to be very well behaved on and off the leash.

I have an understanding that dogs simply need to be let out. With my own German Shepherd, I take her on about 3-4 walks per day and end each day at the dog park. I understand each dog needs to release different amounts of energy to stay happy and healthy. As for cat sitting, with my flexible work schedule I am able to come over and provide clean litter boxes and quality time whenever needed.

A typical day
Outside of playing and walking, I learned how to make great enrichment toys for animals to help mentally stimulate their puzzle solving skills, I love to put treats or food in these enrichment toys/puzzles for pets to enjoy! A typical day will include multiple walks, meal times, play time, enrichment time and training time as needed.

I am currently working remote and I have a very flexible work schedule. With my flexibility I am able to leave the house to pet sit, dog walk and cat sit at anytime.
