Hi there, I’m Emily ☺️ I’ve always had dogs and cats in the family home, so I’ve got lots of experience with different breeds and personalities. I live at home with my partner Josh and our gorgeous 7 month old puppy, Buzz. Buzz loves people and other dogs. We want to get him used to having friends coming round or to walk in the park, which is why we thought Rover would be s great way for him to socialise as well as helping other dog mums and dads out! Since having Buzz, we know how important it is to find someone you trust to look after your doggie whilst you’re away and we have had good experience of leaving Buzz with great people we have found on Rover. 🐶

Emily has my 9 year old Boston once a week and I know my boy could not be in better hands. Emily updates me throughout the day on their adventures and often he doesn’t want to leave when I come to collect him. When we walk past her house he always jumps up at her door. Emily is loving, caring and responsible and any dog would be well loved under her care.

Schedule
I work from home most days, so I’ve got plenty of time for morning, lunchtime, and evening dog walks. I can also pop in during the day to let your wee doggy out in the garden, feed them, or just give them a bit of company (and a cuddle obvs!). I’m also available for holiday cover and home sits.

I also offer holiday care in my own home, so your dog can stay somewhere comfortable and safe while you’re away. My home has a secure back garden with high brick walls, perfect for playtime and fresh air. I’ve got my own car, so I’m flexible and love exploring Stockport and the surrounding areas on long, fun walks! I have previously been DBS checked.

A typical day
My goal is to keep your doggies routine as normal, relaxed, and happy as possible, I will make sure to send you lots of pics and updates of their adventure whilst you’re away! We start the day with breakfast and a nice walk to get some fresh air and burn off energy. Because I work from home, I’m around for cuddles, toilet breaks and make sure they are fed and watered. I like to make sure your dog feels comfortable and has company throughout the day, whether that’s playing in the garden or curling up for a snooze while I work.
