Experienced with all kinds of dogs!
I grew up with two dogs and two cats and helped take care of them for as long as I can remember. This includes helping train them as therapy dogs for retirement communities and taking care of my dogs when they got too old to eat without assistance. I picked up tips and tricks to manage even difficult dogs and I learned how to read a dog's body language very well. I am especially inclined toward elderly, special needs, and anxious dogs. I am comfortable administering medication except for shots (for example insulin). I am a huge animal lover and enjoy going for walks, so I figured I would combine these two passions! I have had cats, dogs, hamsters, and rats. I have experience with a wide variety of animals and am comfortable with everything except spiders. I worked at the Emergency Desk at the largest animal hospital in Boston, USA, so I am familiar with common problems pets can encounter and what the warning signs are. I love being able to meet the different personalities that each pet has. Your pet would be treated as my very own!

I offer house sitting (in your home), dog walks, and drop ins. Unfortunately I am unable to host pets. I will ALWAYS provide photos and text updates throughout the day/visit!

Emily took such fantastic care of Kesh while we were away! She is super friendly and responsible, and is a great communicator making sure we knew how Kesh was doing each time she visited. Highly recommend and look forward to future opportunities to care for him when we are away.

Emily heeft bij ons thuis op onze hond Emma gepast, een Mechelse herder van 16 maanden. Is prima verlopen. Emily kwam keurig op tijd bij ons aan. Heeft uitleg van mij gekregen en heeft de hele dag op prima wijze op Emma gepast. Emily is zeer voorkomend en flexibel, dus wij zijn zeer tevreden over haar. Betrouwbaar, vriendelijke en goed!

Schedule
I tend to be a morning person. I work full time and must be in the office 4 days a week, so your pet must be ok with being alone for up to 8 hours.
