We understand that every pet is unique. Before caring for your pet, we ask for as much information as possible to help us get to know them and provide a true home-from-home experience. This includes details such as common commands they respond to, their likes and dislikes, how they behave on walks, and any medications or special requirements. We’ll also arrange a chat beforehand to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident
A typical day
We’re happy to tailor each day to suit your dog’s individual needs and routine. A typical day includes plenty of uninterrupted rest time, time in the garden, and at least one hour of exercise. As we’re home throughout the day, we regularly check in on our dogs to make sure they’re comfortable and happy—providing lots of love, attention, and fuss along the way

Pet care experience
I’m very experienced and confident with puppies and dogs of all ages and breeds. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, and my husband has too. We currently own a miniature dachshund and a flat-coated retriever, so caring for dogs is a natural part of our everyday life.

The second time leaving our 3 year old labrador and 9 month old GSD, and we cannot recommend Emily and Dan more. The dogs were so excited as soon as they realised where they were and they were spoilt with some long walks and plenty of play. Our dogs absolutely loved their day, as we got to see through photos and notes throughout the day. Also, Emily and Dan are incredibly accommodating in terms of drop off and pick up. Without a doubt will be leaving ours dogs with them again, as we have no doubts that they are safe and happy in Emily and Dan's care.
