I work in the veterinary field as an assistant and am also Fear Free certified. This means I am trained to handle my patients using techniques to reduce their fear, stress and anxiety. I'm very knowledgeable and experience in veterinary medicine, as well as years of pet sitting. I am comfortable administering medications, nail trimming, ear cleanings and following any other routines you may have for your pet!

My cats are a big priority for me at home. One of my cats is on a special diet and another gets medications twice daily. They all receive routine veterinary care and lots of love from both of us. We do not allow other's pets in our home as we have to consider the stress level of our own cats. However, I have many references of those who have trusted me in their own home to take care of their animals. You'll never have to worry about me leaving a mess or neglecting your pet's needs, we will always be in touch while they are under your care. Please feel free to ask for photos or videos to make sure they are doing well!

Emily was great! She kept us updated during her stay and took really good care of our dog and was very accommodating with our trip schedule. We are always nervous to leave him with someone new, but Emily made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely use her again!
Emily is AMAZING!!! She house-sat and cared for our four pets for just under a week, and the amount of detail and love she puts into each booking is incredible. All of our pets adored her, and she made sure to send us photos and updates every day. She’s officially ruined all other pet sitters for us. 10/10 if she’s available, you need to book her!
Dependable and easy to reach.
Emily was excellent with our two cats. She stopped by twice before our trip to meet our cats and go over their needs. She stayed overnight with them for two nights, giving them plenty of attention and being very communicative about the cats receiving their medication, including sharing photos. Emily was great, and we highly recommend her; we plan to hire her again for our next trip.
Auntie Emily (that's what our cat Kaya calls her) is an absolutely amazing pet sitter! She stayed at our place for a whole week and gave our baby the love and care she needs, going so far above and beyond just feeding her and picking up after her. Needless to say Kaya was sad to see her leave, we were incredibly grateful for her, and Kaya gets excited every time she sees her.
Emily’s first love is pets, all kinds. She has her own cats and even a bearded dragon lizard. We llve her playful nature and love for our dog. Highly recommend her!

Schedule
My job gives me the opportunity to care for people's pets on a regular basis. I do work different shifts at my job, however I do know my schedule a month ahead of time which makes it easier for me to let you know when I would be available for drop ins. I do also have 3 cats and a bearded dragon of my own at home.
