In high school, I was a kennel assistant for 3 years before going to nursing school and becoming a nurse. I love caring for others, including our barking besties. Growing up, I had a golden retriever named Boofer, and I still miss him to this day. I currently own two cats, but hope to someday get my own dog once I have a big backyard (: For now, I’m hoping to get my fill of doggy play time by joining this app!

My main goal is to keep your pet feeling loved and appreciated while you’re away, however that looks for them. If they’re not a cuddler, no worries! We’ll go on walks and practice tricks! If they love attention, I’m happy to give them endless pets and belly rubs! No two pets are the same, so I’m happy to adjust my care to whatever your pet desires and requires.

Emily worked for a veterinarian/boarding facility for three years while in high school. She held this job with great accountability and responsibility. She was trusted to not only clean animal pens (which she did with a high bar of cleanliness), but administer medications, walk dogs, feed animals, stock inventory, and discharge pets as needed. She took her responsibility of caring for others' pets very seriously and performed well. She's also had a pet Golden Retriever growing up and took the same responsibility with Mac as she did with her employment, always ascertaining his needs were met. Currently, she's adopted a Siamese Cat named Romeo who she cares for deeply and loves having as her roommate. Emily loves animals and will always make certain they're well cared for under her watch.

Schedule
I’m hoping to offer mostly visits on weekends, and occasionally during the week depending on your needs. As a nurse, my schedule is always changing, but I’m confident I can work with you to make a schedule you deem fit for your best friend!
