I am not offering any boarding services at this time, out of my own home. For Drop in visits, I do whatever you need me to do. If the dog needs to be walked, let out side, and fed, I can do that. For cats, scooping litter, playing or spending time with them, and feeding according to your instructions. I have dogs and cats myself, so I am used to doing all these things.

Please be sure to let me know of any special needs or care your pet may need me to account for. Whether they’re diabetic and need insulin through a needle, pills or ointments during the day. It is your responsibility as the pet parent to disclose any medical issues and behavioural issues to me, so both your pet and I can be as safe as possible during our time together.
A typical day
I love providing a stimulating environment for medium to high energy dogs. This includes lots of playing in the backyard, and walks along the local trails. With approval from pet parents, I can help with training and upkeep of basic commands. For cats, I like to try and get them engaged in play, using a wand toy to entice them. Even treat puzzles can be fun!

I’ve owned dogs my whole life, I am very passionate about animals and proper animal care. I have two cats, and have experience with small animals such as rodents, rabbits, even scaled creatures such as lizards and snakes! I don’t have much experience with birds but I would love to take care of a bird one day :)

Charlie and Whiskey were very well cared for! They were snuggled and hugged, and lots of pictures were shared.
Us pet lovers look at our animals as part of the family and that’s exactly what Emily does. Emily has always been so good with caring for her animals and treating them like they are family, she’s very responsible and loving when it comes to her animals. Over the 10 plus years I’ve know her she’s always put her animals first. I wouldn’t ask anyone else to look after my fur babies but her. Shes qualified, friendly, caring, loving, respectful and fun. Trust me you won’t regret your decision of choosing her.
Emily is a fantastic caretaker for many different types of animals. I've known her for many years, she is a wonderful person. I trust her entirely with my cat when I go away. Her own animals are very well taken care of as well and very sweet. I've known her to care for many different animals in the past ranging from hamsters to dogs of every size, so I have no doubt she can properly care for just about any pet I had.
