I’ve been taking care of other people’s pets since I was 15, and working on Rover for about a year and a half. I know how important our fur families are and would love to be there to support your dog(s) and/or cat(s) while you are away. I have experience with multiple breeds of dogs, such as Pit Bulls, Greyhounds, German Shepherds, Shih Tzus, Beagles, Golden-Doodles, Schnauzers, Chihuahuas and all sorts of mixed-breeds. All ages welcome, as I have experience working with dogs from ~3 months to 16 years old. Additionally, I have experience working with dogs and cats with disabilities and special needs, such as blindness, deafness, heart murmurs, joint issues, hip dysplasia, and thyroid conditions. I’m experienced in providing oral medication, eye drops, and vitamins/supplements. I am highly attuned to the ways pets express their feelings of joy, love, and fear. I use this knowledge to support my care for them and am responsive to the ways they communicate their comfort levels. My main goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for your pets to thrive while you are away. I care for the animals I sit for as if they were mine! I know the pet parent’s experience is just as important and send pictures, videos, and detailed updates daily to ensure they know their families are getting amazing care while they’re away.

Safety, trust & environment
I am happy to provide care in client’s homes and keep it clean as if it were my own place. The families I work with often comment I left their homes cleaner than when they left. I’m happy to help water plants, grab mail, take out the trash, bring in packages, and anything else that helps take care of your home while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule and can easily keep your fur babies on their feeding, walking, and bathroom schedules.

Emily was absolutely amazing! She kept us updated throughout our entire trip with regular messages and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. She truly went above and beyond; not only did she take incredible care of our girls, but she also took such great care of our home. We came back to happy pups and an incredibly clean house, which was such a wonderful surprise after traveling. It’s obvious that Emily genuinely cares about the pets she watches, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Highly recommend!
Emily was amazing house sitting for us! She’s so patient with our crazy dogs and left the house in great condition! She was great at providing updates everyday and so easy to get ahold of. We will definitely book with her again!

I am so thankful our family found Emily! Emily stayed with Rocco and Rio while my family took a much needed vacation. As someone who worries about her fur babies and hates leaving them with anyone but family, I instantly knew they were in great care with Emily. Emily was friendly, professional, and caring. She answered all my questions and was always quick to respond via email & text. She was more than willing to do a second Meet & Greet to ensure the pups were comfortable. During her stay, she sent us videos and pictures daily with a quick summary on how the pups were doing. She had her hands full with our Senior GSD and our rescue puppy, but she handled them with ease. I loved getting her updates about them playing together or enjoying the nice weather in the backyard. In addition, she was clean and respected our home during her stay. She was willing to help with any additional requests, such as taking the trash out, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be calling Emily next time we need her and recommending her to friends and family.
Emily was (again) wonderful. My dog developed some GI issues while I was gone and Emily was so caring and attentive, coaxing my dog to eat and making sure she was comfortable. She went above and beyond and I knew my dog was in good hands.
Emily was a great house sitter! She was responsive to my messages, attentive to my pets' needs, and made sure they had plenty of company while I was away. I also came home to a clean house, which is always an added bonus. Would definitely rebook in the future.

Schedule
I work from home and can easily transition my workstation to any place necessary. Most of my plans I have are flexible and local. I love going on walks and spending time at home reading/crafting. I update my calendar regularly on Rover to ensure it’s correct for ease of use.
Prices include all fees.
