This was our first experience with a cat sitter and Emily was fantastic. Very reliable, arrived on time and every time. Her communication throughout was great, including photos and videos each day to us. Most importantly, our cat took to Emily easily and we returned home to a very happy and relaxed cat. We were very pleased with Emily's catsitting and would use her services again. She took notes during our meet and greet, sent daily videos, and was also happy to put out our bins while we were away. Our cat Dipper can be shy around new people but seemed comfortable in Emily's videos, enjoying the attention, and we returned home to a happy cat!
