Ratings and reviews
Emily did an amazing job watching our fur babies, Molly and Samson, at our home. She constantly communicated with us and shared pictures of the dogs and how much fun they were having. Molly was even sitting by the door whining for Emily to come back the day after we returned home. We will definitely be booking Emily again. Thank you Emily!

Emily took great care of Lilly. I got daily photos of their morning walk and evening photos of Lilly getting her vitamins. Lilly was happy and healthy when I got back. She was a very communicative sitter and I'll definitely use her again.

Emily was fantastic watching our dogs in our home while we were out of town. She followed our care instructions to a T and was very communicative with us during her stay. I would recommend booking with her!

Emily is one of my students who has completed her 1st year of Veterinary Assisting at EVIT! Working hands on with live animals is a part of the Vet Assisting Program. Emily was always compassionate and attentive to all of the animals in her care.
Emily assisted with caring for feral kittens needing to be socialized for adoption. Emily spent numerous sessions with the kittens. She was kind and caring. She was consistent, dependable, and arrived promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to request Emily’s help with pets in the future.
Emily loves animals! In the past our family pets included 4 dogs, 2 parakeets and goldfish. Emily incubated chicken eggs and hatched at least half a dozen chicks. Emily is currently a Junior in high school and is participating in the Veterinary Assistant program at EVIT. Emily’s aspiration is to be a veterinarian someday. I’m sure, if you choose Emily to be your “dog walker” she will take safe and loving care of your pet.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
When I'm at EVIT I learn everyday skills to handle tough situations. I learn how to stay calm, apply skills needed to handle the situation, and to keep the animal and myself safe. I learned basic animal restraint, medical administration and fear free, that teaches me the behaviors of a stressed animal and how to best handle a stressed or agitated dog without getting hurt or using drug administration.
A typical day
I love to hang out with the pets I watch! I like to play fetch with them and spend quality time as well as getting to know their quirky personalities. I also LOVE exotics and would like to take care of any pets that are a little out of the box.
