My cat was fine when we returned home but my experience with Emily was unprofessional and I did not care for how she interacted with me while we were away. I received no Rover card updates while away, minimal updates on how my pet was doing and when I asked the photo sent did not match what her text said he was doing. Did not feel like she was reliable. Seems like a nice girl but would not use her again.
