Safety, trust & environment
My dog chews on wires and gets into garbage if alone and anxious so I ensure doors are closed when I leave for the day. I can follow any specific instructions needed.
Information Emily P. would like to know about your pet
I am all about open communication and appreciate a written list for the care of your pets. I like to meet all animals prior to bookings to make sure we vibe!
A typical day
I like to walk clients’ dogs at least three times a day, cuddle them, and give them puzzles or games to do. Of course, I love giving them treats (but not too many)!

Animal lover/certified dog trainer
Pet care experience
Exciting news! I just graduated with my dog trainer certification from Good Pup. I will post it under my photos. I am 36 years old and living in Ft. Myers with my friends and dog. Some words to describe me are: hard-working, intelligent, wise, friendly, silly, honest, and genuine. Ever since I was a young child, I have loved animals of all kinds and have wanted to work with them. As a pet sitter, I can combine my love of pet care with an appreciation for their humans and homes! In the future, I would love to open a counseling practice where I train special cats and dogs to be therapy animals. I have volunteered at an animal shelter and have experience dog and babysitting for several people. I am open to caring for other animals in the home, such as cats and reptiles as I have cared for those animals throughout my life. I look forward to taking care of your beloved pets! I cannot host pets in my home, as my dog does not play well with other animals. If I am staying overnight at your home, I can offer additional services such as babysitting and cleaning. I will happily follow your guidelines and rules regarding the care of your pet. I work full time during the week so I cannot provide 24/7 care Monday-Friday but can provide 24/7 care during the weekends I am available.

Reviews

Emily was great and my 50 pound lab mix, Cleo, loved her! I now feel more comfortable, taking vacations, knowing that Cleo will be in Emily’s caring hands.

Emily was amazing! She provided updates, pics and kept in communication with us. We felt great having her there to take care of them. I would definitely recommend, and will definitely be asking her to help out again!

Emily was great with our pets. We’ll absolutely book her again next time we need a sitter.

Emily takes such great care of Max. She takes him on walks and even a few new adventures and he loves it. She is always communicating with me on how things are going. I never worry as I always know that Max is in great hands.
