I can't say enough good things about Emily and the care she provided for my cat, Winston. After Winston broke his leg and had surgery, my family unexpectedly had to travel out of state for several days. As you can imagine, we were incredibly nervous about leaving him while he was recovering. He needed pain medication, close monitoring, and a lot of extra attention during that time. From the moment Emily stepped in, she put our minds at ease. She took amazing care of Winston and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and safe while we were away. She carefully gave him his medications on schedule, kept a close eye on how he was doing, and gave him plenty of love and attention during a difficult recovery. One thing I especially appreciated was how communicative she was. Emily regularly sent pictures and updates, which meant so much to us. Seeing Winston comfortable and relaxed helped ease our worries and allowed us to focus on our family obligations without constantly wondering how he was doing. When we returned home, Winston was doing great. He was calm, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious that Emily had treated him like one of her own pets. Emily is dependable, trustworthy, and genuinely loves animals. She pays attention to details, follows instructions carefully, and truly goes the extra mile. Whether she's caring for a pet with medical needs or simply providing companionship and daily care, she brings kindness, patience, and professionalism to everything she does. I am incredibly grateful for everything Emily did for Winston during a very stressful time for our family. Knowing he was in such capable and caring hands gave us tremendous peace of mind.
