Nomadic pet sitter
I fell into pet sitting years ago after a colleague asked me to care for their lovely rescue dog while they were away. Word quickly spread, and before long I was looking after dogs, cats, birds, a lizard… and once, even a snake! Four years ago, I decided to make it official and offer my services to the wider community. While I can’t have a pet of my own right now, I happily live vicariously through friends, family, and hopefully now you too. I’ve cared for pets of all shapes, sizes, and personalities — from rescue and senior dogs to pups with separation anxiety, recovery needs, or specific training routines (I don’t train, but I closely follow any guidance to keep things consistent). I’m also experienced with dogs who prefer their own space from other dogs (hello, early morning walks!). If your pet has special needs, I’d love to chat and see if we’re a great fit.

Safety, trust & environment
I follow any specific care instructions given to me on a case by case basis, as well as providing a loving and enriching environment for pets. As my time is predominantly spent at home with the pets, I'm able to keep a keen eye on behaviour and look out for any problems that might occur, and will keep in regular contact with you to workshop any issues (as well as providing lots of pictures and happy updates!)

Emily was absolutely exceptional at all stages of coming to be with my elderly cat Rupa. Emily took time to come to meet him a few days before and immediately bonded with him. She had a great and sensitive affinity with him, which he sensed and responded so well to her, which was a joy to see. He does not respond like that to everyone! Emma's communication was excellent and reassuring. She has a lovely gentle manner and was also perfectly practical with all the various routine tasks. I had total confidence in her and would not hesitate to highly recommend her. I hope she will be able to come and be with Rupa again .
Emily has looked after our rescue dog Ronnie multiple times including house sitting for us while we were away for a week. She’s super confident with animals, friendly and professional. We’ve already made future bookings with her and will continue to do so!

Schedule
I am a nomad and my time is dedicated entirely to pet care which gives me the flexibly to work with you and your pets schedule & needs.

- It is important for me to know of any special needs your pet has, including medications or any behavioural differences, to ensure your pet receives the best care possible. I will also discuss their usual routine beforehand such as walking and feeding times.
