Must love dogs
I have had a dog almost my entire life. We had dogs in our family growing up and I’d always be the go to person for pet care. I love all animals and actually used to want to be a vet. We recently lost our dog due to an abrupt illness. My heart was shattered and I miss having a dog in my life. She was such an important part of my life! I am a nurse and work weekends and nights as we also have 3 kids. I am home and able to care for your dog weekdays. My kids and new pup love to go for walks also and be with dogs. I’m available for drop ins or walks during the week, maybe some weekends also.

Safety, trust & environment
I am a firm believer in using leashes on walks and only using fenced areas outside. I am also comfortable with harnesses. We also respect if dogs are allowed on furniture or not.
Ratings and reviews
I used Rover.com for the first time and found Emily who lives close by. She walked both our dogs twice a day while we were out of town as my live at home daughter works late. It was pretty clear the dogs loved seeing her and enjoyed the walks and attention while we were away. Greatly appreciated the texts and pictures of the dogs. We will definitely be using Emily again.
Emily is amazing with my dog Rocco! He is a dog aggressive German Shepherd who tends to pull a lot on walks and goes crazy when we pass by another dog. Emily remains calm and really knows how to keep him in line. I highly recommend her for any type of dog!

Schedule
I am an active person and love dogs so I’m always looking for a reason to go for a long walk! I often bring my kids but he loves dogs and being outside and sits great in a stroller on walks.
