Safety, trust & environment
I will happily follow any owner preferences and instructions for the safety and security of the animal. I can confidently walk dogs of mostly any size and also know how to safely interact with more skittish or stressed pets so we both leave happy and relaxed.
Information Emily M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet has any special needs right off the back. I'd also like to know how they tend to react with people entering their home and if they have any areas they prefer not to be pet. A bit of the pets history as well as things that they tend to prefer or enjoy would be appreciated.
A typical day
What we do depends on the pet and their needs. Id love to go out on a walk or play in the yard, but if the pet is more laid back, staying home and just hanging out together is always fun. I really enjoy creating enrichment activities for the pets so games and more mentally simulating activities are a must.

Cat care experience
I have been pet sitting a wide array of animals since I was 13 years old and working with animals for even longer. My one dog is paralyzed and had a cat with kidney issues, so I have experience caring for both dogs and cats who need more care than usual. I also have experience as a vet tech and know how to administer medications, including IV fluids. I have a passion for enrichment activities as well and always love getting to come up with them or put together a lick mat or five.
Reviews
Emily (Sam) was an amazing sitter, taking care of my 9 year old and 4 month old GSDs while we were out of town for a few days. I was constantly provided updates and pictures of them while we were gone. When we got home the house was clean and the dogs were happy which was a great way to come home from vacation. Highly recommend Sam and we will be booking again in the future!
Emily is awesome! My dogs love her and so that means I love her, too (obviously ☺️). She took great care of blue and kyrah and sent me pics of her with them. They weren’t stressed out when I got home, which lets me know they got enough attention from her. She is punctual and communicative. I am deff going to be a repeat customer for Emily and you should book with her too! Your babies will be happy ❤️
Emily stayed at my house for 3 days to watch and care for my 4 dachshunds. She came a few days prior to meet the dogs and to learn their regimen. Every day that I was away she sent videos of my dogs. Everything went perfectly and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a responsible and caring dog sitter.
