I've dog sat for a variety of breeds, from Chihuahuas and Boston Terriers to Pitbulls and German Shepherds. I love them all! I have experience giving medication on a regular schedule, and love taking my own dog on a walk. I have also cat sat and have had cats throughout my whole life!

I love all pets like they are my own. I try to make the experience as fun as possible for the pets because I understand the separation anxiety some pets feel in the absence of their owner. I stick to routine for pets to ensure comfortability. With my own dog Garcia, I love to take him to the park, play fetch, go on walks, and work on training. Still working on roll over, he is a little stubborn with that one! I provide consistent communication with all pet owners that I pet sit for, and love sending cute pics to give updates.

Emily is AMAZING. We have never left our pups with anyone but family so I was a bit nervous. I will say it truthfully- I was annoying lol. Emily handled my fear with such grace and understanding. She sent lots of pics and videos, all of which showed nothing but happy babies. She is truly a wonderful person. Our pups really took to her which allowed me to relax and enjoy our time away. And we came home to a spotless house! We cannot wait for Emily to sit for us again.

Emily is truly so caring and sweet and took amazing care of our 12 week old kitten while we were away! She is very attentive, trustworthy and followed all provided instructions. She was also very communicative and sent us so many updates. We cannot wait to work with Emily again!!!
Emily has always gone above and beyond when watching my pets and my home. I have two dogs and one cat. She follows all of my rules to a T. She asks for clarification if needed and keeps me well informed about my animals and my home while I am away. Emily sends the sweetest pictures and updates when watching my animals. I have peace of mind knowing my animals are well taken care of and loved while I am away. She even advocated for one of my dogs during a week of dog sitting, coordinated getting my dog to the vet, assessed and treated for Lyme. My dog was in the safest hands! Emily is my first choice to watch my dogs and my home. She is responsible, respectful, compassionate, kind, and always leaves my home in better shape than when I left it! 10 out of 10 recommend!!
Emily is absolutely incredible! We normally have our family members watch our 2 big german shepherds but we needed someone to watch them during our wedding and we were SO lucky to find her. She is the sweetest. We didn’t have to worry at all about our crazy dogs while we were gone. She took such good care of them and sent us the cutest picture updates. We highly recommend her!

Schedule
I am currently a substitute teacher looking for my own teaching position, so I have a lot of free time! I am able to provide overnight pet sitting for weekends only during the school year. Otherwise, I can be flexible with drop-in’s and walks!
