Hi, I’m Emily - I am a capable and compassionate pet sitter committed to the happiness, comfort and well being of the animals I care for! I have fostered for the RCACP, SPCA and Angels of Assisi. I have experience caring for the animals of friends and family members from a young age, and have always had dogs of my own. I currently have a mini dachshund named Bunker.

My dog Freya always has the best time at Emily's! While Freya usually goes for daycare, she recently stayed for 5 days and I was so relieved to know that she was in such good hands while we were away. Emily sends updates and the absolute cutest pictures - it is clear to see how happy all of the dogs are that stay with her! I would highly recommend booking Emily for any daycare/boarding needs :)

Emily was so great with my dog! She sent me updates and was so kind with Juno. She has a great backyard for dogs to play in & she pays great attention to the dogs she pet sits.
Emily is a wonderful sitter!! She’s kept our sweet Ollie twice recently and she always sends me pictures and updates on how he is doing. He was so happy to come back for the second stay, which shows she does an amazing job!

Schedule
I’m at home full time and available 7 days a week. The dogs are my focus (alongside my toddler) so I can ensure they get plenty of exercise, love, and playtime each day.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a grassy fenced in backyard for your pups to run and play. We have tons of toys, puzzle balls, bones, kongs, squeakies, etc for all of the dogs to use. I keep several fresh water bowls out at all times, indoors and out. At night we get cozy with lots of blankets and snuggles. Dogs have full run of the yard and most of the house. They are allowed on the furniture by default and may sleep wherever they please!

A typical day
A typical doggie day at my house involves lots of outdoor time when weather permits. The dogs can run, play, relax in the sun, whatever they like to do outdoors. I like to engage them in a few good games of tug or fetch throughout the day. I let the dogs show me their unique personalities and then I do my best to meet their needs accordingly.
