I tend to like to know how exactly you take care of your own pets so I can try and recreate it to my best abilities so even if you can't be there yourself their quaility of care will not go down. I wouldn’t be able to board any animals due to my own fur babies not playing well with others. My cats are definitely more happy on their own.

She’s really good and seems like my cat is starting to warm up to her haha ( not a friendly cat) so that’s a good sign.
Emily took care of Jasper and he was really starting to warm up to her. Emily was dependable and friendly. I would recommend her.

I really wanted to like Emily and she has great reviews but I am very frustrated by the state my home was when I came back. My dog is old and must have had an accident. She cleaned it up and left pee blankets and towels on the floor for days. I left instructions to put litter into my outside bin but she put it in my open kitchen trash can. My home smelt like urine and pee had soaked into my floor. She did not pick up after my dog outside and left the litter scoop on the bare floor instead of in its bin. She was late and did not stay the agreed amount of time. When I brought this up to her she did not respond til I asked for a refund and when she did it was not kind. I am concerned about what happened that i am unaware of. She did send pictures and my pets seemed to be ok. The litter was done and pets fed. Mistakes happen but the response was unacceptable I would not book Emily again.
