Emily M. was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even when I needed pet care on short notice. She took wonderful care of my cat, Mew Mew, who can be a bit needy and definitely has a diva personality. Emily made sure all of his routines were followed perfectly, including his wet food in the morning and dry food in the evening. What really stood out was her attentiveness and communication. Throughout my trip, she regularly sent photos and videos, which provided great peace of mind and allowed me to see how happy and comfortable Mew Mew was in her care. She was also proactive and observant when Mew Mew got himself into a little mischief by attempting to access his food container and knocking it to the floor. Emily handled the situation with care and was diligent in already having safety measures in place. Emily is professional, dependable, compassionate, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. Knowing that Mew Mew was in such capable hands allowed me to fully enjoy my time away without worry. I would not hesitate to book with her again and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Emily took care of my three dogs. Two of the dogs were elderly dogs and she was so amazing with them. They have a lot of needs and require a lot of attention and Emily was great with them! I felt extremely confident that my dogs were in great hands with Emily.
