My training emphasizes reading animal body language and creating calm environments where pets can relax. My care style is intentionally low-volume, meaning pets are not rotating through a large group of unfamiliar animals. I accept one client household at a time, which allows pets to settle into a quiet, structured environment with consistent supervision. I am comfortable caring for: • puppies and young dogs • senior pets • pets with medical needs • medication administration when appropriate In addition to dogs, I also have experience caring for small mammals, birds, reptiles, and fish. Many pets relax quickly in my care because the environment is calm, structured, and closely supervised. My goal is always to maintain a pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed while their owners are away.

As a Fear Free® Certified Professional and veterinary technician student, I prioritize reading animal body language and minimizing stress so pets feel secure and comfortable. When pets stay in my home, I maintain a low-volume environment so animals are not overwhelmed by unfamiliar pets. My focus is on calm routines, consistent supervision, and creating a relaxed atmosphere where pets can settle in. Because I host one household at a time, pets can relax in a quiet environment without the stress of unfamiliar animals. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I maintain the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, and sleep routines. Pet parents receive regular photo and video updates so they can relax knowing their pets are safe and well cared for.

Emily and Ken are great! This is our second boarding with them. We received daily updates of Barley either playing with Olive or sleeping Onion, their two dogs. We’ll continue to board Barley with Emily and Ken, whenever they are available.
Emily responded to our last minute request for Frito which was super great! Frito is always happy to see Emily!
Emily and Ken were so attentive and caring for Barley during his boarding. They sent frequent updates which helped us enjoy our vacation without worrying about Barley’s well-being. Their dogs Olive and Onion got along so well with Barley!
Bruno is taken care of so well when he is with Emily and Kenneth. He plays hard and is loved so well.
Emily and Ken are great! They made sure to send lots of pictures of Barley playing with their two dogs, Olive and Onion. Their communication is thoughtful and consistent. My dog came home tired and happy.

High-Attention, Low-Volume Pet Care My schedule is intentionally structured around my Vet Tech studies and weekly volunteer shifts, allowing me to prioritize quality over quantity. Instead of rushing between a large number of pets, I specialize in low-volume care to ensure your pet receives a calm, low-stress environment with my full, undivided attention. Because I limit my bookings, I can provide the consistent supervision and individualized care your pet deserves—backed by my professional veterinary training. Services & Availability: Boarding & Daycare (In my home): Availability varies weekly. Please message me to see if our schedules align! Note: Meet & Greets are required for all new clients. Drop-In Visits & Dog Walking: Sunday – Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM House Sitting (In your home): Available Saturday 8:00 PM – Monday 8:00 PM (Perfect for weekend getaways!)
