Anyone who knows me will tell you I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by animals! I am a Registered Nurse but for many years I’ve also kept busy caring for animals and helping clean houses as time allows. Being trusted to care for the furry family members of others and at times in their homes while they’re away is a huge responsibility that I do not take lightly. I would be honored to care for your pet and home the same as I would want someone to do for mine! If your pet is staying at our home, they can expect to be treated like family in a safe, loving home in the country with a fenced in backyard with space to run.

Safety, trust & environment
As I mentioned I live in the country with a fenced in backyard. I have 2 friendly schnauzers to keep your pet company and if needed they can be outside in the front yard while your pet is in the fenced yard. I have a fairly large crate with a cover if this is something you feel your pet would prefer to feel safe at night or while I am briefly away. I am not someone who likes to crate a pet when not needed so you can rest assure that if I have your pet staying with me, it will be on days that I plan to be available to spend time with them and limit my time away.

Emily and her husband were amazing to work with. From the moment we pulled in the driveway, Emily and her husband took the greatest care of Penny, greeting us at the car, taking time to let Penny warm up, and walking her around the yard to let her get comfortable. We were sent updates and photos during the week. We felt so good knowing that Penny was getting lots of love. Truly a great experience.
Emily took wonderful care of our dog while we were on vacation! She gave us updates each day and was flexible with our pick up and drop off times. We appreciate Emily and her husband and will definitely book with them again!
Sammy loved his stay with Emily and the whole family. Both Emily and her husband were super friendly, easy-going and great with Sammy. She sent pictures and communicated regularly, so I was completely at ease. First time leaving Sammy, but will most definitely plan another vacation so I can leave him again! 😀
Aksel loved Emily, her family, and her many pets! He will definitely be spending more time with them. Lots of updates, feedback, and activities!
Emily kept in touch and made us all very comfortable regarding Cocos stay with them. Great outdoor space as well.
She was great with communication and sending pictures. She is very easy to talk with and made me feel very at ease the moment I met her. She has a beautiful setting as well!

Schedule
My best availability is evenings and weekends, however I do have flexibility on various weekdays to work in morning or afternoon walks, etc. Never hurts to ask and see if I have the room in my schedule for your pet!
