I am able to crate animals in your home safely. I have a chronic pain illness so I never watch dogs bigger than I can control with a leash, or big dogs that jump and have the potential to knock me down. That being said, I have been able to manage larger and heavier dogs in the past depending on the specific animal. It really comes down to the amount of pulling and jumping etc. So I am more than happy to do a Meet & Greet for a test drive!

I have worked as a dog trainer and am very versed in dog behavior so I can provide mental stimulation as well as physical exercise for your dog! Different breeds have different energy levels and prey drive levels so my breed knowledge helps me tailor my care to the dogs needs.

I have been offering services on Rover for almost 4 years now! I have grown such a great little pack/family that I am very proud of. Before that, I worked at Pet stores for 4 years and then as a positive reinforcement dog trainer. I was a trainer at our doggie day care and have trained and cared for all ages and sizes of dogs! I am very versed in dog body language and behavior so I am able to interact with all personalities in a safe way! Our stores had cat adoption centers, so hundreds of kitties have crossed my path too. I have two cats of my own. I also have experience caring for exotics!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Emily. From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease leaving my anxious pittie, Mae, in her care. Mae can be very nervous and requires patience, attentiveness, and understanding — and she gave all of that and more. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, answered every question I had promptly, and never once made me feel like I was bothering her when I checked in. That level of communication and reassurance meant the world to me while I was away. Most importantly, I felt completely secure having her in my home and caring for Mae. It is not easy to trust someone with a dog who has anxiety, but she handled Mae with such kindness, calmness, and compassion that I could truly relax knowing Mae was in excellent hands. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely caring pet sitter. Mae and I are both incredibly grateful.

Emily was absolutely fantastic! I have 3 cats, a regular litter box and a litter robot, Emily did everything the exact same way I do and she loved on my one cat that likes strangers 😂 she even sent me a video! She also checked to make sure the two shy cats were in the house so I had peace of mind! I would have her cat sit for me again in the future and I’m sure I will!
We have a very nervous dog, and Emily was so patient with her. She did a wonderful job caring for her while we were out of town. I highly recommend Emily services. 10/10!!
