I've been a Rover Sitter for five years now and have extensive experience with many different types of clients, pets, and services. I've worked with pets who have separation anxiety, aggression, high energy levels, special needs; puppies, seniors, and all sizes from Great Danes to Chihuahuas. Growing up I've had multiple pets and have cared for other animals as well. I have experience with obedience and training, exercise and stimulation, and medication administration. I am a Northwest Missouri State University graduate and spent the entirety of my college career caring for over 200 pets through Rover. I am very involved in my work and community, I love the outdoors and animals, and I can assure you I'm more than willing and capable of making the time for your pets an equal priority. I always take a ton of fun and cute pictures of your pet during my time with them so you know they're doing great!

In my apartment complex, I'm unable to offer overnight boarding; however, I provide comprehensive in-home pet care services tailored to your pet's needs. This includes regular visits for feeding, watering, and playtime. I’m available for walks at a nearby park or dog park to ensure your pet gets fresh air, exercise, and socialization. I work on-site three days a week from 8 AM to 6 PM. I’m able to care for your pet full-time in the evenings and throughout the two days I work remotely. It’s common for owners that book me for housesitting to book another sitter for daytime visits while I’m at work. With my flexible schedule and dedication to personalized care, you can trust that your furry companions will receive the attention and love they deserve while you're away.

Emily was amazing with our two dogs. Sadie and Bruno were so well cared for and Emily sent updates and pictures throughout her time with them. Bruno is a bit scared of new people and Emily was patient and did so great with him! I highly recommend Emily!

My availability is strictly 6-8 AM and 6-11 PM on weekdays, full-time on weekends. I’m a graphic designer with a full-time position in Lawrence, KS. My schedule allows me to provide attentive and reliable pet care, though with limited availability. I work on-site three days a week from 8 AM to 6 PM, including my commute, which means pets will need to be alone for up to 10 hours during those days, unless arrangements are made for daytime visits while I’m away. I'm available for evening walks and drop-in visits outside of my working hours, ensuring your pet receives the attention and care they deserve. My hybrid work week allows me to offer flexible evening services, providing peace of mind to pet owners knowing their furry friends are in capable hands.
