Hey Y’all! My name is Emily, I’m a recent graduate of Texas Christian University. I’m in the middle of a sabbatical season and have some extra time on my hands. I would love to care for your animals in any service you need! I have availability during the week for just about anything from staying with your pets or having them stay with me, walks, sittings, etc. I have grown up around animals my whole life. At one point I had 7 animals in my household, while raising 3 kittens from birth. I’ve babysat for dogs and cats many times. I have a contagious love for both cats and dogs, and I promise I love both. Straight up I’m probably a cat whisper; I can get any cat to like me. And of course, any dog will be overly loved and spoiled in my care. I’m pretty flexible with y’all’s schedule and needs, so don’t hesitate to ask for anything! Excited to work with y’all and your precious babies!

Emily was great with our little Duke while we were away and followed our instructions for his feedings, since he can be fussy at times. She messaged us everyday if she was unsure of anything which eased our minds having to leaving him for an extended weekend out of state! We hope Emily can housesit for Duke again in the near future! Emily is an easy person to work with. Great/comfortable with my pups and I suspect with all animals (and humans). She house sat my puppers for 5 days and the house looked as clean as when I left it. My puppers were calm when I returned, which means she made them feel cared for and loved. What more can you ask?? I will definitely be hiring her again.

Emily is wonderful! We've booked her for 5 stays (at least) and our dog is always happy to see her. She is very dependable, and we really appreciate and count on her. She goes out of her way to accommodate our schedules.

Schedule
As I mentioned, I have more time on my hands. So, the other jobs I’m working are flexible as well, often freelance work. So, I don’t mind working with y’all’s schedule and needs!

Safety, trust & environment
We have three dogs and two cats currently. We give our dogs a range of freedom; they can sleep anywhere and have full range of the house. We do schedule their meals, and make sure they do their business outside. So I would care for your animals similarly unless otherwise specified! We do have a crate for any of your pets if y’all prefer that!

A typical day
There’s a park near my house I love to frequent with my dogs, and I would definitely take y’all’s dogs there. Also, if they love to play fetch or are in the middle of training, I would definitely exercise them in those ways!
