Howdy! I’ve grown up on a ranch since I was walking and have been exposed to animals at an early age! (Hence the 20+years experience and then some!) Animals have been a massive role and impact in my life even today (clearly!) I have experience working within a veterinary clinic and I also have a bachelors in biology/ecology. I have no problem administering medications via pills, liquids, injections (ex:diabetic subcutaneous, etc.,) I’m very observant in animal behavior and enjoy being able to interact with dogs and cats! I also love being able to bring a peace of mind to you and your fur babes! I look forward to being a dependent role, whether it’s interacting, exercising, maintaining a clean environment or overall wellness check! I also have a ton of experience with disabled pets, along with seniors! I love an old-timer or unique pet who doesn’t turn down a head scratch or a chance to go for a walk. Even if it may be a short one for them. (I enjoy the grumbly grumpy old man personality types too! They’re a character!) I don’t shy away from a challenge and I enjoy what I do! I treat other peoples fur-babes like I treat mine. With love, respect and kindness. I love being able to be accepted by a doggo or cat any day. I enjoy giving them all the attention they crave (or if they prefer space, that’s more than okay too!). There is no such thing as a “bad” cat or dog, not in my eyes.

Emily was fabulous! She provided detailed reports of each visit and sent great photos. My cat isn’t always friendly around new people but he actually let her get a few pets in. I would definitely rehire.
Emily was able to quickly respond to a last-minute booking over the holidays and did a great job taking care of my dog! Very responsive, professional, and just all around a wonderful sitter. Definitely recommend!

Schedule
The way my work schedule is designed I’m more than willing to accommodate my time to align with you and your pets! Im open to flexibility and trying to optimize the experience as much as possible! My goal is to take some stress from your shoulders (and your pets!)

- Of course if you worry about being too “particular” and someone not honoring your routine, you can leave those concerns at the door.(And please don’t hesitate or feel like it may be “too much” to ask of me, cause that’s silly. Their well-being is as important to me as it is to you!) I honestly prefer a detailed itinerary, that way your fur babes don’t get off routine or deter them from their everyday lives! (And of course I welcome the more relaxed pet-parent schedule as well! Im very open to either or! That’s what makes each gig fun, cause they’re different!) I want it to be NOT stressful as possible for anyone involved (and I’m referring to you, your family and your fur babies 100%) and I love to help ease that transition when I’m asked to step in to play that “pet-parent” part.
