I prioritize the safety and well-being of any animal in my care. - I do not allow on-leash greetings with other dogs. - No pets from strangers, either -- known humans only. - The ground is nasty -- no forbidden sidewalk snacks! - I pay close attention to signs of heat stress, anxiety, etc. and prioritize keeping pups happy and healthy when they are in my care! - Any triggers or anxious habits are important for me to know.

Every animal is different, but I’m a big believer that mental stimulation is just as important as physically tiring a pet out. I love a good treat puzzle or anything to get dogs sniffing, or a sneaky feather toy to help a cat engage their prey drive. Even just letting a dog take a while to sniff on a walk — that’s their Twitter!
