Availability
I work from home 2-3 days of the week and am in the office 2-3 days. During the week I am able to care for your pet before 7:30, between 12-1, and after 5:30. When I am working from home I’m more flexible. Weekends I am fully available!

I have a small fenced yard your pup can run around in by themselves or with my own very friendly and submissive dog! When in your home I will respect any and all rules you have for your pet and make sure any messes are cleaned up and organized once I leave.

A typical day
With my own dog I spend a lot of time training and using mental stimulation to tire out some of his energy. Along with that we go on short walks around the neighborhood or longer walks (on leash) around Loose Park or Shawnee Mission Park. I also give him lick mats with peanut butter, pumpkin purée, and applesauce (all organic and limited ingredients). These are all things I would love to do for your dog as well!

Flexible availability. I have been around all sorts of dogs from tiny Yorkies to big Newfoundlands! I love giving dogs the love and attention they deserve! I have experience with puppies and senior dogs so no dog is too much to handle! I had a high maintenance yorkie and a very energetic pitbull mix so I am comfortable with dogs of any temperament, size and shape. I’m familiar with kittens and adult cats and have 2 of my own that I’ve taken care of since they were only 7 weeks old. I’m very patient and will do everything to gain your pets trust and make sure that they’re very comfortable around me. I do believe that pets are part of the family and I will treat them like I would treat someone’s baby. If your pet has any special quirks or needs I will make sure they are met. I look forward to meeting and loving your furry friend! I work from home most weekdays and just moved to the downtown KC area.

This is the 2nd time we have used Emily - again I have no worries leaving Bubba Lou in her care!
Emily was fantastic. Took great care of our dog and provided peace of mind knowing someone had an eye on our house. Came home to a super happy dog and a house that looks nicer than when we left. Great communication and even sent pictures to keep us updated. Will definitely be a repeat customer of hers.
Emily was great! Looked after out cat Bubba Lou for us and kept my mind at ease. We were also dealing with an AC issue -yikes- and she went above and beyond to look after that for us too!
Emily was great! She met the dogs beforehand. She took a cute pic and gave us regular updates. Emily even washed the sheets for us before we got home.
