I grew up in an animal-loving environment, and I have been a cat-mom since 2016. I love to spoil my babies and I want to spoil yours too! I worked in vet-med for a short time, and I have lots of experience with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm particularly skilled in befriending anxious cats and dogs. I have experience in giving oral medication, administering eye/ear drops, and trimming cat claws.

Safety, trust & environment
I am comfortable spending time with your pet in your home, feeding them per your directions, giving any necessary medications, and taking them out for walks/exercise. I can drive your dog to a park or dog park, if desired. I will happily give your pet snuggles and scritches if they want them, but I also respect every animal's personal boundaries. I pay close attention to behaviors and body language that tell me if they feel safe and what kind of attention they want.

Emi has watched my special needs cat Mabel for me over the last year and a half dozens of times. She has come to my residence to care for her a minimum of 3 days to 3 weeks while I have been out of town. Emi is able to feed, play, clean, and administer medication for my kitty during all of those jobs, along with giving me updates and pictures. Mabel loves Emi and she is my most trusted contact if I need a cat sitter. Emi has a real love for animals and is always willing to help care for them, she is a great resource if you need someone to truly care for your pet while you're away

Schedule
I'm currently available 7 days a week and my schedule is very flexible. I have lots of time to dedicate to caring for your pet. I enjoy walking daily, and I really enjoy playing with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. My husband and I have two black cats at home, and we treasure them dearly. They get a lot of attention, play time, treats, and snuggles.
