Information Emily H. would like to know about your pet
It’s important for me to know your dog’s routines and quirks ahead of time. This includes when they wake up, eat, and their normal bathroom habits. I also like to be aware of any unique behaviors so I can manage these behaviors appropriately.
A typical day
Depending on your pet’s activity level, I adjust playtime and downtime to keep them happy and healthy. For senior dogs, I closely monitor for any signs of discomfort or pain. I also provide mental stimulation through and interactive activities to keep pets engaged, entertained, and enriched while in my care.

Pet care experience
With over 6+ years of hands on experience with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities, I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for every pet. My previous experience includes working at PetSmart’s Pet Hotel, where I became safety certified and cared for both dogs and cats, including puppies in doggy daycare. I have worked with various types of breeds, and am comfortable giving insulin to diabetic dogs as well as administering daily medication. Additionally, I have fostered a senior dog and a puppy and I enjoy volunteering at animal shelters.
