We had a flight delay due to the snow and ice storm and Emily was very accommodating to add an additional visit, and then when our flight changed again, she was so easy going with all the changes!
We enjoyed having Emily care for our Great Dane and kitty! They adored her and were completely relaxed by the time we returned from our trip! She was responsive and she came to visit in timely increments for house sitting. All in all, it was a great experience using Rover, though some of the sitters were confused with the house sitting time frame settings, they may need to be versed there. Outside of that particular scenario, it was an excellent experience.
Emily is amazing! She helps walk my English Bulldog & I feel comfortable having her walk my dog knowing she’s currently in vet tech school.
