We previously booked with Emily and thought things would go smoothly, but unfortunately they did not. We had booked services for our cats over a 11 day period while we were on vacation. One evening, Emily arrived over 20 minutes late for a 6:00 pm medication for one our cats. There were other instances of Emily not adhering to the feeding schedule and leaving before 8:00 pm despite that being our cat’s dinner time, with instructions clearly laid out on Rover and printed in our home. Emily spoke negatively about two of my cats as well as myself directly in front of the motion detected cameras that are clearly visible to monitor the cats since they would be alone around 22 hours per day. I do not think Emily was respectful of our home as she and her guests helped themselves to things in our pantry and freezer without asking, and one guest appeared to be vaping in our home. These situations made us extremely anxious regarding the care of our cats while we were out of the country. We do appreciate Emily’s willingness to accept the booking for services, but wish the care instructions were followed and respect was shown to us, our cats, and our home.

Emily was outstanding! She completed several early morning drop-ins for our cats over the holiday period with no problem. We had somewhat specific instructions and Emily was able to complete everything with ease. Through the photos and updates Emily provided daily, it was evident our two cats were very comfortable with Emily and enjoyed her company. When the need arises for future drop-ins, we will definitely book with Emily again!!
Emily did a fantastic job of caring for all 3 of my animals, watering the indoor and outdoor plants as well as leaving my home just as clean as she found it. I will definitely use her again in the future!
Emily did an absolutely amazing job taking care of our dogs while we were gone for over a week! She was flexible, responsive, and went above and beyond. So glad we found her on Rover because she will be our go to moving forward!
Emily has walked our dogs for the past 2 years. She has been very reliable. She genuinely cares about our dogs and their well being. She communicates well and shares updates if she notices any concerns during their walk. Most importantly, our dogs love to see Emily walk through the door. I would highly recommend her.

Schedule
I own my own housekeeping, dog walking, house sitting, and pet sitting business. This is all I do besides raising my own kids! I have plenty of time!
