I recently had Emily pet/house sit for me and my partner, Ed, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Emily put us both at ease right from the start, with her friendly demeanor. She was great at communicating with during and after the house sit, which was really helpful and made us feel like everything was under control for our two dogs and cat. Emily was amazing with our dogs, who unfortunately fell ill while we were away. She handled the situation with professionalism and care, keeping us updated throughout and making sure they received the necessary treatment. We really appreciated her dedication to their well-being. In addition to pet and house sitting, Emily also recently did a drop-in visit for me feed all the animals and walk the dogs, and was incredibly flexible to meet out needs. One thing we really loved about Emily was her relaxed and comfortable vibe - it made us feel like our home was in good hands. She even reworked her schedule to make sure she was there when we left and was perceptive enough to notice when we forgot both our keys and told her to post the spares through the letterbox. To top it off, Emily sent us lots of photos of our dogs and updates on how they were doing, which was a lovely touch and really helped us enjoy our holiday knowing they were in such good hands. Overall, we highly recommend Emily as a house sitter. She was a pleasure to work with and we have already penciled in to book her again twice in the future. Emily's responsible and caring nature gives us peace of mind knowing our pets and home are well looked after while we are away.
