My senior dog gets taken on walks at minimum once a day. I have two cats that are indoor outdoor. Inside they have a cat tree that they love and is great for exercise.

A typical day
Walk them, play fetch, the goal is to wear them out while also stimulating them. If they just need human contact then I am more than happy to sit with them and visit.

I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. I have taken care of them as puppies as far as training and medical care, and have experience in grooming both cats and dogs.
