Pet care experience
New to Rover, but not to Pet Care! I have had a pet in my home since birth! I grew up with dogs, cats, fish, a tortoise, and a hamster. Additionally, I have pet sat for neighbors, friends, and family since I was a child. I love all dog breeds, with a soft spot for labrador retrievers. Since moving out of my family home where we have 2 labs and one cat, I have adopted a kitten of my own from the Humane Society and eventually plan on adopting a dog.

Emily took care of my 5 cats while I was gone for a weekend. I have an elderly cat that had some special requirements and she did great taking care of her and sending me pictures. It is hard leaving the fur babies and it is so nice to have someone who genuinely cares for animals taking good care of them. This was my first time using a service like this and I was very pleased.

I love to explore nearby parks, walking trails, or fields. Getting outdoors and exercising is a goal I set not only for my pets, but for myself as well! Being able to include your pets in fun adventures is a privilege.

Availability
I work as a nurse, so I have anywhere from 3-4 days off a week to spend loving on your pets! My available days change every week, so I am very flexible and willing to adapt! My nursing schedule is perfect for dog walking and pet sitting, as I have more than half of the week completely free to devote to your pets.
