Lifelong lover of animals!
I’ve been taking care of my own pets since I was five, and had my first pet sitting job when I was ten. I’ve now been walking/sitting on Rover for over a year! I specialize in bringing home and caring for every stray animal I come across (much to my partner’s chagrin), including but not limited to dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, lambs, foxes and goats. Currently our family home has two cats and a rather large lap dog…and while I’d love more I think my husband is running out of legroom in our bed. So instead, I’ll happily love on your furbabies while you’re at work, out of town, or just plain busy! I can’t wait to meet your pets!

I believe in love and respect for every living creature, from snails to elephants. I use a lot of praise and treats rewards for training, positive reenforcement for good behaviors, redirection for unwanted behaviors. I know how to use a GentleLeader, and I’m happy to work on any skills you’re currently practicing with your dog, from the most basic (sit, stay, etc) to more complex (wait, heel/by me, fetch, etc.). I’ll bring this same gentle energy to your home and family, by being on time, and being as loving and caring with your pets, as I am with my own babes!

Emily is such a wonderful and attentive sitter for all of our cats! She has cared for our older car who needed extra care and administering medications as well as very young cats! She is always thorough with her visits and communicstion and we really appreciate all of her updates. We would recommend Emily to anyone!

Emily is great for dog-walking and dog/house-sitting! Oreo was well-fed, well-loved, and well-exercised. Emily is communicative, flexible, and reliable!

Schedule
I am a freelance photographer, and student, so I make my own schedule. I have lots of time during school hours while my kids are out of the house, but since my husband works from home my afternoons and evenings are very flexible! Plus, you’ll get really cute pics of your pets from me!
Prices include all fees.
