I can’t remember a time in my life where I didn’t have a pet. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, hamsters, reptiles, birds- pretty much if they live in your home, I’ve had experience! I’ve administered oral medication to reptiles, cats and dogs. I have experience with post-op care as well. Family and friends have relied on me in the past to help with their fur/feather/scale babies. I myself have 3 dogs, 2 budgies and 2 cats.

However I’m instructed to care for your pet, that’s how it’s going to go- with lots of attention and love of course. I have a keen eye to detail and follow directions well. I have many pets of my own currently so I understand the importance they hold in your life!

As always, Emily handled our cats wonderfully, even after we had an unexpected situation requiring medication for one of them after the booking. ❤️
Emily is one of the most conscientious sitters we've ever employed. It helps that she absolutely loves animals. She's easy to work with and has excellent communication. Even our standoffish cat didn't hiss or run...he just looked at her and meowed.
You won’t make a mistake if you choose Emily to care for your 4-legged friends. She treats them like you do, with love & kindness, responsibility. We used her on two different occasions. All you have to do is “set it & forget it”! She’s got you covered!!!

Schedule
I am very good with scheduling and balancing my time. Right now I’m a full time student online. I am an assistant funeral director, so I’m only at that job when there is a funeral scheduled. I work another part time job, but I am often able to work in pet care for others unless I have family in town or something that’s out of town. I’m strong with communicating that far in advance. Planning is important!

- The only things I’d need to know ahead of time is how many pets there are, feeding schedules, allergies and medications if any. Also if a dog needs special attention because of behavioral issues or accidents with potty training.
