I’m calm, intuitive, active, and experienced. I normally take long walks more than 19km a week and would love to walk dogs with me in mind of their fitness levels. I approach pet care with a focus on empathy and environmental awareness. I’ve spent years caring for neighbors' and family’s cats and dogs, and I’ve developed a deep understanding of animal behavior. I recognize that pets are highly in tune with their surroundings and their handlers. I believe in respectful communication and maintaining the strict routines that help animals feel safe.

I live in a peaceful rural setting with plenty of fresh air and open space. I have a basement with direct backyard access, providing a cool, quiet retreat for pets. While my yard is unfenced, I am an experienced endurance walker and am always attentive to leashed safety and strict routines to ensure every pet feels secure in their environment.

We were so happy that Emily came to stay with Cara. Cara can be nervous greeting new people but she took to Emily right away. Emily's calm nature was perfect for our Cara who has separation anxiety. We would definitely book Emily again!
Emily is very responsive and responsible and I trust her to walk my 8 year old schnauzer every week!!
Emily was very communicative and shared lots of pictures which we loved. She also took our energetic dogs for nice long walks every day and played with them outside. Our home was left clean and tidy, we would use her house sitting services again for sure.
