I have a flexible schedule during the week as I am working from home. I can let your pup out or walk them as often as needed while they stay with me.

Generally, the dogs I watch are outside one hour or more per day. When I’m not home for errands or other responsibilities, the dogs are crated or separated for everyone’s safety and comfort. I have plenty of dog beds, bowls, crates, and toys so you generally don’t have to provide more than food and their leash!

No breed preferences, I only need to know if they are fixed (males especially), good with other dogs, kids, certain people, etc if we ever encounter a situation so I can be prepared. Please also advise if they resource guard food, water, attention, space, or toys and if they’re an escape artist either out of doors or fences.

I live in a house with a large backyard, but I still like to walk the dogs at least once per day. If your pup is allowed, I’d love to take them to the dog park, Lucky Dog, or a dog-friendly brewery while they’re here!

I've had dogs my whole life! I currently have an American Bully named Dino and a Lab Mix named Lilo. Dino loves every person and dog he’s ever met and has been socialized with all ages, sizes, and breeds of dogs. Lilo absolutely loves other dogs once she gets to know them, but she requires slower introductions so I usually will request a meet and greet beforehand. My husband and I both work from home full time so we would have plenty of time to spend with your dog(s). We have a big fully fenced backyard (over 1/2 acre) that most dogs love to explore! I'm a big believer in check in photos and videos, as I also wonder what my pups are up to when I'm not home, and I love capturing them playing or just generally being cute.

Emily & her husband took great care of our golden retriever while we were gone for the week. She communicated right away & sent daily pictures & videos. We’ll definitely hire here again . Scooby looked very comfortable & relaxed.
Emily sent very thoughtful updates after every visit, and shared the cutest pics of all our pets. Her updates really helped relieve our anxiety while away from our pets. She took care of every step we requested for their care needs and went above and beyond with their playtime and giving them attention. My pets loved Emily. Sometimes they can take a bit to warm up to a new person, but they took to Emily right away. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat and she took great care of all 3. She had great communication and was great to work with. She is very kind and reliable. I am grateful we have Emily in our community and on Rover for our future pet sitting needs. Thanks for everything, Emily!

Emily was great! She was super responsive and sent us great pictures of our dogs to let us know everything was going well when she did her drop in! Will definitely be using her again!
