I cannot recommend Emily Elizondo highly enough. She is one of the most caring, hardworking, empathetic, and compassionate individuals I have ever met. As someone serving in the military, my schedule often involves long hours and unpredictable demands. During a critical stage of my dog’s development — from 8 months to 1 year old — Emily stepped in and became an essential part of her life. My mixed German Shepherd and Golden Retriever was still young, energetic, and at a stage where consistency and proper guidance were absolutely crucial. If it weren’t for Emily, I truly believe my dog would have developed anxiety issues. Instead, she flourished. Emily understood the importance of structure, routine, and positive reinforcement. She made sure my dog stayed socialized, engaged in healthy play, and maintained the training foundation we had worked so hard to build. Her ability to balance affection with discipline prevented my dog from becoming reactive or hostile — something that can easily happen without proper attention and consistency. What sets Emily apart is her “present caregiver” mindset. She doesn’t just watch pets — she invests in them. She is attentive, intentional, and deeply in tune with each animal’s needs. Because of her dedication, my dog did not regress in training during a time when my military commitments could have easily caused setbacks. Emily gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. I was able to focus on my duties knowing my dog was not just being cared for, but truly supported and nurtured. Anyone would be incredibly fortunate to have Emily care for their pet. She is dependable, trustworthy, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I am beyond grateful for her dedication and the positive impact she had on my dog’s life.

Emily was amazing when she watched my Mila. She took her on hikes and to the beach. I have a very active dog and when I come home she is tired from the fun day she had. She really cares for Mila:)
