I am almost always available, with reasonable notice. I work on my own schedule so I can always rearrange to be able to watch your fur baby! I am looking for long term or even a short stay. I am very flexible about my schedule!

I have a few dog parks nearby and also a large neighborhood to walk in. I do have dogs around who love other dogs. They are very friendly. If your dog is not friendly with other dogs I can always come to your house instead.

Please let me know before hand if your pet has any special accommodations you would like me to take prior to our meeting. I would like to know if your pet does not do well with other pets as well, just in case we encounter that on our walk. I would like to know food sensitivity as well, just in case something makes your pet upset I would like to be aware of that!
A typical day
We will be able to go on many walks, and parks if the owner gives permission. There will be lots of engagement and interaction with toys as well.

Pet care experience
I have always been an animal lover. I have had a cat for the past 4 years. I know what it feels to leave them for vacation and I am here to provide excellent care while you’re away. My background includes pet sitting and working in a veterinary hospital that also had boarding for cats and dogs. Therefore, I feel comfortable administering medication. I have watched a diabetic cat and administered insulin before.

Emily was amazing with our pup! It was our first time booking drop-in visits for a day out of town, and he was happy and in great spirits when we got back home. She took him for short walks for his potty breaks, gave him lots of love (he is a snuggle bug), and sent us pictures and updates for both drop-ins. We will absolutely book with Emily again!
Emily did a great job taking care of our animals when we had to go out of town. Would definitely recommend her and will reach out in the future if we need drop ins again.
