I have been taking care of animals for 6 years including working at rescue centers, volunteering with the humane society, taking care of foster puppies and caring for several of my own pets. I have spent time training all types of animals and know that patience is critical. I am also familiar with giving dogs and cats medication and special diets.

I love getting to a do a meet and greet before we book to give your pet some time to get to know me as well as get to talk through their needs and any routines. Safety and transparency are super important to me so expect lots of picture updates in addition to a mini rundown each day!

Emily did a great job bonding with my sometimes shy kitty Charley. They were playing and cuddling together pretty quickly! Emily also looked after my very anxious foster kittens and kept everyone safe. She sent me regular updates with photos and took care of the house management tasks too.
Emily agreed to watch our dogs after a very last minute request and she did a great job. She was communicative and sent pictures, and she left our home clean and our pups nice and tired.

Emily gave great daily updates with pictures for drop in visits. I could see my cat getting more and more comfortable with her every day. I even got some "belly-up" pictures, which is a big deal for him! He is very shy so it means a lot for him to be comfortable enough to expose his belly to someone. This took a lot of the stress off of being away. Thank you, Emily!

Schedule
I have been working with a wide variety of animals since I was 14 and have quickly learned that every pet has different needs. I set up meet and greets before sits or dropins to make sure I really get to know you individual pets needs and tailor my schedule to that. My work schedule can be a little variable but am always super upfront with what it will be when you put in a request so we can make sure I can meet your pet’s needs!
