About Me Hello! My name is Emily, and I am currently a senior at UW-Madison studying Wildlife Ecology. I've always had an interest in animals, and I’ve taken multiple biology, wildlife ecology, and companion animals courses in both high school and college. I graduated high school with a 3.9 unweighted GPA and the great honor of Magna Cum Laude, and I’ve taken part in many clubs, including the National Honor Society, DRIVEN Leadership, Yearbook, Best Buddies, and the Mental Health Awareness Club. Pet Care Experience Since I was born, I’ve always lived with a dog. My first dog, Lilly, was a black lab and my best friend. 9 years ago, after she passed, we got our second black lab, Maya, who is the sweetest dog and best companion. I’ve been feeding her, letting her outside, brushing her, walking her, supplying her medicines, and of course, giving her all of the belly scratches and cuddles she needs, for as long as I can remember. I’ve also helped walk and pet sit dogs of all different breeds for many friends and neighbors. This is now my fourth year being associated with Rover, and I have cared for over 70 dogs, cats, livestock, and exotic species! I’ve always held a special place in my heart for animals, and I can guarantee your pet will get the care and love they deserve.

Services Unfortunately, my apartment does not allow pets, so I cannot board dogs at my place, but I would be more than happy to drop by or stay overnight at yours! I also love to stay active, so I would love to take your pup on walks! I am dependable, and you can always count on me to take the very best care of your best friend. I will be sure to take plenty of pictures an videos and send them directly to you, so you know your pet is safe and in good hands.

Emily is fantastic! Our dog can get nervous around new people, so she took the time out of her day to visit before we even had walks scheduled to say “hi” to our dog and get him comfortable before she took him for midday walks. Punctual, flexible (we added a day on at the last minute when travel plans went awry), and clearly a great fit with our dog.

Emily did a great job taking care of my cat. She was communicative and shared many pictures. It was obvious that she was keeping her happy and entertained. Highly recommend.

Schedule
Schedule I am using this opportunity as a fun job that I enjoy, but that also keeps me on my feet and allows me to help people (and their pets :)) I respond quickly to booking requests; There will be days I will be unavailable due to vacations and my class schedule but I can guarantee that I will have plenty of time and flexibility for taking care of your furbaby!
