Individualized and attentive care
I have taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember! I love training and have lots of prior experience with a variety of behaviors from reactivity to separation anxiety. My previous dog required lots of medical care and I am a human nurse so I am very comfortable providing any care your dog needs. Lastly I do have experience fostering so I have had lots of experience with different personalities and types of dogs! I do have one dog at home who loves other dogs and loves to play as well as a cat who is dog friendly (for shorter stays she can be kept in a spare bedroom)My days off of work are fully open and I do not book more than 1 dog at a time, so your dog will have all my attention. I will send lots of pictures and updates as I understand it can be anxiety provoking to trust your dog with someone new!

The back part of my yard is fenced in so your dog will have lots of room to run around and explore. There’s also plenty of shade to keep them cool! I do live by a park and a small walking trail so I there are lots of ways for us to get our exercise in! If I am walking a dog in your home, I am flexible and accommodating and am comfortable using whatever methods/tools you prefer to keep your dog safe.

Emily has always taken great care of our dogs and cat. She goes above and beyond to make sure they aren’t just laying around when she is with them and provides enrichment activities for their mental and physical health. One of our pets required a lot of meds and special attention. Emily was great with giving her the treatments and medications she required. Animals are clearly one of her passions.
Emily has always been an animal advocate and supporter. I trust her whole heartedly with my pups. She is dedicated to making sure your animal will feel safe, happy, and loved!

Schedule
I do work full time, but only 3 days a week. This schedule varies week to week so while I don’t have a consistent schedule, my days off work can be fully devoted to you and your pet! On days I do work I am available for early morning or late evening drop ins
