Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover who grew up around dogs and puppies thanks to my dad, a responsible dog breeder. Caring for dogs was a big part of my life from an early age, and I gained hands-on experience with dogs of different breeds, ages, and personalities. I grew to love cats as well when my best friend adopted two cats and we all lived together for several years. Since then, I've had the pleasure of pet sitting for puppies, dogs, and cats for friends, family, and clients. I'm dependable, communicative, and happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pets are happy and well cared for while you're away. As an animal lover who's new to the Boston area and currently unable to have pets in my apartment, pet sitting is a wonderful way for me to spend time with animals while helping pet owners travel or work with peace of mind.

I always try to keep pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routines as closely as possible. Whether that means sticking to a feeding schedule, going on regular walks, playing, administering basic medications, or simply providing companionship, I pay close attention to each pet's individual needs and personality. Safety is my top priority. I make sure doors, gates, harnesses, and leashes are secure, and I closely supervise pets during walks and outdoor time. I also understand the importance of following any instructions you provide regarding your pet's care, behavior, or medical needs. When staying in a client's home, I treat both the pets and the home with the utmost respect. I'm tidy, responsible, and communicative, and I'm happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind.

Emily did a fantastic job housesitting and caring for our dog. She was very easy to communicate with and was very attentive to our dog’s needs. Emily took care of my two cats for years, and I trusted her enough to pay her to come by during the day, stay overnight, and handle feeding and everything else they needed. I also had a dog for about a year while I was dating my boyfriend, and she took care of him too, all while juggling the cats, who could definitely be a handful at times. She was always reliable and caring which made a huge difference because my cats are literally my entire world!!!
I used to work very long hours as a lawyer and I could always trust Emily to take care of my puppy while I was at work. She was always so good and attentive with him so I felt far less guilty about being away for too long. She’d stop by for walks, play with him, and make sure he had everything he needed.

Schedule
I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and pet care throughout the day. When petsitting at your home, I can be there all day if you have wifi and a place for me to use my laptop, or I can pop in during the day and stay overnight.
