Availability
I work full time from home and am available to board in my house anytime for most lengths of time. Lots of time to play with your pup! Right now, I’m open to hosting small and medium pups—as they are the best matches for my own dogs. One of my little ones loves to go for walks (weather permitting) and we’d love for your pup to tag along! If the weather is bad, my yard is perfect for zoomies, ball/toy chasing, neighbor watching and basking in the sun.

Safety, trust & environment
I have 2 of my own small pups (one that is a couch potato and the other loves to play, but isn’t pushy) and work from home so we are together all the time! We walk often—in the morning, at lunch and in evenings. I have a fenced in yard for potty breaks with lots of toys and enrichment. I am home most of the time, but would contain (kennel or pen if needed) when I leave and I’m also open to pups that aren’t kenneled but safe to leave out (I’d put away my own dogs).

Information Emily C. would like to know about your pet
My preference is for dogs who are friendly or neutral with others, as they’d be coexisting with mine. I would prefer to kennel pups if I need to leave, but if yours are safe to free roam, I can put my dogs away.
A typical day
If your dog likes to sleep in bed, that’s completely fine. All furniture is ok! My dogs are the kings of the castle so that’s how it will be with yours. I have lots of toys to play with while I work, or they can sleep in a little donut bed right next to my desk.

Reliable care for small/medium pups
Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been a dedicated dog owner for over 8 years. For the past 3 years, I’ve also fostered pups, giving me experience with a wide range of temperaments and styles. I’m comfortable with everything from high energy personalities to shy or anxious dogs. I’m comfortable with senior dogs (my last pup was 18!), puppies and everything in between. At this time, I’m focusing on small and medium sized dogs so they will be the best match for my own dogs and I can provide the best care possible.
Reviews

Emily was very nice and took very good care of our anxious dog! Our dog is typically very skittish around new people, but she warmed up to Emily in less than a day!

Emily has been great to work with! She takes excellent care of Roma and is easy to communicate with.

Emily was absolutely amazing with our dog, Roxie! She was very upfront in warning us that her dog, Elliot, can come on a little strong at first (which he definitely did lol) but he and Roxie became best friends almost immediately after. Emily sent tons of pictures and videos throughout the stay, which made us feel so comfortable knowing Roxie was happy and having fun. It was obvious from every update how much Roxie loved her. We would absolutely trust Emily with Roxie again and highly recommend her!

I couldn’t be more grateful for Emily! I booked her last minute, and she went above and beyond in every way. She walked my dog daily, sent tons of updates and photos, and truly treated my dog like her own. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my pup was in such caring hands. I will absolutely be booking with her again—anyone would be lucky to have Emily watch their dogs!
