Health & diet: Any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or special feeding instructions. Likes & dislikes: Favorite toys, activities, or things that may cause stress or fear. Training & commands: What commands they know and what routines they’re used to. Socialization: How they interact with other pets, people, or new environments. Emergency contacts: Your preferred vet and an alternate contact, just in case. The more I know, the more comfortable and well-cared-for your pet will be!
A typical day
I love making sure pets have fun while they’re in my care! Depending on their energy level and personality, I’ll tailor activities to keep them happy and engaged. Some of the things we might do include: Long or scenic walks (great for dogs who love the outdoors!) Playtime with toys or fetch in a safe area Social time (if appropriate) with other friendly pets Every pet is different, so I always follow their routine and adjust to what makes them feel most comfortable and excited.

Hello! I'm currently accepting bookings for summer and fall, and I’d love the opportunity to care for your pet! Caring for animals isn't just something I do — it's a true passion. I’ve loved animals ever since I was a kid, especially the moment my aunt had a litter of puppies right in her kitchen — I was hooked! Since then, I’ve gained experience in handling multiple pets at once, basic training, and adapting to each animal’s unique routine, energy level, and care needs. Whether your pet is playful and energetic or shy and slow to warm up, I take pride in adjusting to their personality and providing the comfort, safety, and attention they deserve. I’ve also cared for elderly dogs, pets with special needs, and dogs with high anxiety — always approaching each situation with patience and calm. I currently serve downtown Chicago, with a focus on the Streeterville and River North areas. Every booking is important to me, and I always strive to go above and beyond. Emily has been absolutely wonderful with our dog, Uzi! He’s a big guy and can be pretty stubborn at times, but she always handles him with patience and care. It’s clear she really understands dogs. We always feel confident leaving Uzi in her hands!
