I work from home so can give your pup lots of attention throughout the day. The weekends I enjoy being outside, whether that’s working out on our land, or taking the dogs on a hike or down to the river. I’m open to embarking on your pups favorite activities to make them feel comfortable. Through my experience I’ve learned that an active and occupied dog is a happy dog when their owners are away, which is something I strive for with every dog including my own.

I live on 12 acres that is unfenced but on a quiet road with few neighbors. At night one of my dogs is crated (since he’s still a puppy) the other is uncrated. They are lovers of every dog and human they meet. I am sure I can accommodate most any of your dogs needs while staying. Except for sleeping in the bed with me - sorry I can’t do that :)

Information Emily C. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know your pups typical schedule so I can make sure their stay here aligns with their normal schedule. Any special needs for food or medicine can be accommodated with no issue.
A typical day
Morning snugs if your dog isn’t a morning person, or a morning walk on the property if they like to stretch a bit before breakfast. If weather permits the dogs usually hang outside in the field or sunning themselves on the deck. If it’s rainy we have a cozy space for them inside to relax or work on a bone. We take property walks (10-30 minutes) multiple times through the work day to give our dogs enough attention and stimulation to stay satisfied and out of trouble. Dinner and relaxing in the living room or more exploring outside. I am are open and flexible to your dogs needs and am in tune with their signals for space and rest or play.

Pet care experience
I have always had a dog in my life, and currently own 2 high energy GSP’s. I live on 12 acres off a quiet road which is a haven for dogs of all kinds. I work from home so am able to give lots of attention throughout the day and love to cuddle at night. My dogs are extremely friendly and will likely want to cuddle your dog at night too after a full day of running around on the property. I provide attention to detailed needs (like checking for ticks or caring for a sprained ankle) without hesitation. So you can travel with ease knowing your pup will return happy and healthy!
Reviews

Emily was so great!! She watched our golden retriever who has a lot of energy and my dog was so tired and happy when I picked her up. Her dogs are so sweet and had so much fun with my dog, and I felt like Emily was really caring and understanding of some diet needs she has. I’ll definitely board with her again!

Emily provided easy, clear communication, and Palmer loved the property and the family.
Emily has watched my Corgi, Nami, many times and always takes the best care of her! I know that whenever I go on a work trip that I can trust her to walk Nami plenty of times a day and to play fetch or tug with her as well. Would certainly recommend her to everyone!!
