Hi there! I’m an animal lover living in a multi-family home with a friendly 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix. We have an unfenced backyard for quick bathroom visits, and live close to plenty of parks where your pup can enjoy some leashed walks and outdoor time (lars anderson, jamaica pond, the greenway). Emily was amazing with our fur baby, Charlie. She always pinged us to let us know she was on her way over, she spent real quality time cuddling and playing with Charlie and she provided updates (and great photos & videos) on how her visit went. We’ll definitely keep working with her whenever we need Charlie care!

Schedule
I have a small dog at home, so I regularly take her out for a short walk at least 4 times during the day. I work from home on Fridays, and on Monday through Thursday, I’m in the office but always come home during lunch for a walk, followed by a longer activity when I get home.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs are allowed to freely hang out in my home, including couch/bed while I am home. Depending on the dog's comportment and their guardian's wishes, I would crate the visiting dog(s) while out of the home, or separate them using gates in separate rooms for ensured safety of your dog and my own. Please note: I require a meet and greet for any new boarding requests to ensure our dogs get along and stay safe during their stay. Not required for repeat stays.

A typical day
Luna and I generally take 2-4 short walks in the neighborhood daily, and otherwise hang out on the couch and play with toys when I’m not working. On weekends, we often go to the park (weather permitting), or explore some short hiking trails. If your dog requires more/less, just let me know!
