We recently boarded our two dogs with this sitter during our vacation and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. From a pricing standpoint, everything was very rigid. We were charged full-day rates for partial days at both drop-off and pick-up, and when our return was delayed due to flight cancellations, we incurred additional charges as expected. However, when we arrived only about two hours later than planned because of circumstances outside our control, we were still charged a $50 late fee with no flexibility or understanding. While this may align with stated policies, it did not feel customer-friendly given the situation. More concerning was the care of our dog who required medication twice daily. At pick-up, the sitter informed us the medication had just run out, which indicates it was only administered once per day instead of as instructed. This is a significant issue, as proper medication administration is a basic and critical responsibility when caring for someone else’s pet. Because of this, we cannot confidently trust this sitter for future stays. We will not be returning and cannot recommend them, particularly for pets requiring consistent medical care. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the quality and reliability of care going forward.

Brandon and Emily took very good care of our two girls and sent almost daily updates with pictures which let me know how they were doing. They have a wonderful yard and I felt reassured to see them playing with toys and the other dogs having a great time! I will definitely use them again without hesitation!

We had an awesome experience with Emily! She took such great care of our dog for 5 nights, making sure he was comfortable the whole time. We really appreciated the updates and pictures - it gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Cuddy is a one man's lab, so finding someone to love her is really not difficult. Emily and her husband did a great job caring for her while we were working in town. We appreciate the walks and helping with her socialize with several dogs.

Chewy was nervous her first night and Emily let her sleep on the bed her!! What else can I say about a person. After that Chewy had such a great time, she didn't want to come home. lol We received lots of pics of her having fun. I was able to concentrate on my business trip and not worry about my fur baby.

Pets

A typical day

I love being engaged with the dogs I’m working with. Tug games, fetch, follow the leader games are all depending on what your pup loves to do most! After getting their energy out both my dog Mason and I love to cuddle and have a good snack!

0 to 15 lbs
16 to 40 lbs
41 to 100 lbs
over 101 lbs
Spayed and neutered dogs only
No females in heat
Emily can host up to 10 pets per night
It’s good to know if a dog takes a while to warm up to new people. Being reactive to other dogs or bike riders is also good information to know before going on our walks!
